1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Judah Creatives ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use this Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Judah Creatives ("we," "our," or "us").

2. Description of Service

Judah Creatives is a free, community-supported platform providing faith-inspired creative resources including:

  • Bible verses in photos, illustrations, typography, wallpapers and videos
  • Bible reading and study tools
  • Hebron Songs (Songs of Zion), Telugu Christian songs and Telugu Christian resources
  • Worship music and video content

Browsing is free for all visitors. To download content, registration is required. Registered users receive 30 free downloads per month at no cost. We do not charge any subscription fee or payment for downloads.

3. Use of Content

All assets on this platform are provided under our License Policy. By downloading or using content, you agree to those terms.

  • Content is free for personal use only — no commercial use (see License Policy for details)
  • No redistribution or resale of standalone files
  • Attribution appreciated but not required
  • Do not use content in offensive, defamatory, or unlawful materials

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon intellectual property rights
  • Transmit harmful code or viruses
  • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use automated scrapers or bots without permission
  • Resell or redistribute content in violation of the License Policy
  • Use content in pornographic, defamatory, or unlawful materials

5. Free Downloads

Judah Creatives offers free downloads to all registered users:

  • Registered users receive 30 free downloads per calendar month
  • No subscription or payment is required to download
  • The monthly limit resets at the start of each calendar month
  • We reserve the right to adjust the free download limit or suspend accounts that abuse the service

6. Voluntary Support / Donations

Judah Creatives is sustained by voluntary contributions. If you choose to donate:

  • Donations are processed via PayPal — we do not store payment data
  • Donations are voluntary gifts and are non-refundable
  • Donations do not unlock any additional download access — all users receive the same 30 free downloads per month

7. Shop & Merchandise

Our online shop offers faith-inspired Christian merchandise — apparel, accessories, wall art and more. When you place a shop order:

  • All physical products are made-to-order and fulfilled by our third-party print-on-demand partner (Printful)
  • Payments are processed securely via PayPal — we do not store your card or payment data
  • Shipping, returns and exchanges are governed by our Shipping & Returns policy and our Shop FAQ
  • Live order status and tracking are available in your account dashboard after purchase
  • Product designs and artwork remain the intellectual property of Judah Creatives — you purchase the physical item, not the design rights

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JUDAH CREATIVES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Platform.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Telangana, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. DMCA / Copyright Policy

Judah Creatives respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users and contributors to do the same. This platform hosts a combination of original, custom-made content and contributor-submitted works. If you believe that any content on this Platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) or applicable copyright law.

Filing a Takedown Notice

To file a notice of alleged infringement, please send a written communication to our designated copyright agent that includes the following:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including its location (URL) on this Platform
  • Your contact information, including full name, address, telephone number and email
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Designated Copyright Agent

Counter-Notification

If your content was removed and you believe it was removed in error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification with the same identifying details and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of an appropriate court. We will review and, where appropriate, restore the content within 10–14 business days.

Repeat Infringers: We will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers, in appropriate circumstances.

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability. Ensure your claim is accurate before submitting a notice.
