All resources on Judah Creatives are available free to registered users (30 downloads per month at no cost). This policy outlines what you can and cannot do with our assets so you can use them with confidence.

2. Personal & Ministry License (All Resources)

Every photo, illustration, typography design, and creative asset on this platform is available under our Personal & Ministry License. Your free registration grants you download access (30 downloads per month) — the license terms below govern how you may use the assets after downloading:

What You CAN Do

  • ✓ Use for personal projects
  • ✓ Use in websites and apps
  • ✓ Use in social media posts
  • ✓ Use in presentations and slides
  • ✓ Use in church and ministry materials
  • ✓ Use in worship backgrounds & projections

What You CANNOT Do

  • ✗ Use for any commercial purpose
  • ✗ Modify or customize assets
  • ✗ Print or reproduce assets
  • ✗ Resell or redistribute files as-is
  • ✗ Upload to other stock photo platforms
  • ✗ Use in pornographic or defamatory content
  • ✗ Create competing asset libraries
  • ✗ Claim ownership or copyright of the assets
  • ✗ Use in NFTs or blockchain products

3. Church & Ministry Use

All assets are especially encouraged for faith-based use, including:

  • Projection screens and worship backgrounds
  • Church bulletins and handouts
  • Social media ministry posts
  • Bible study and event promotions

4. Digital Products

You may incorporate assets into personal or ministry digital projects — provided the asset is part of a larger design, is not the primary value of the product, and the product itself is not sold or used for any commercial purpose.

5. Attribution

Attribution is appreciated but not required. If you'd like to credit us:

6. Trademarks and Logos

Our resources do not include trademarked or copyrighted third-party elements. You may not:

  • Add trademarks to assets and claim ownership
  • Use assets to create confusingly similar brands
  • Imply endorsement by Judah Creatives

7. NFT and Blockchain Use

You may NOT use our assets in NFTs, crypto tokens, or blockchain-based products without explicit written permission.

8. License Violations

10. Scripture Translations & Usage

Scripture graphics offered for free download utilize either the Telugu O.V. translation (property of the Bible Society of India) under non-commercial fair use guidelines, or the King James Version (KJV), which is in the public domain and free to use without restriction.

11. Shop Merchandise

Physical products sold through the Judah Creatives Shop (apparel, accessories, wall art, and more) are produced on demand by our fulfillment partner. When you purchase a shop item:

  • You receive the physical product only — the designs, artwork and branding remain the intellectual property of Judah Creatives
  • You may not reproduce, copy, or resell the product designs digitally or on other merchandise
  • Personal use of the physical item is permitted; commercial resale of the physical item is not permitted without written permission
  • Shipping, returns and exchanges are handled per our Shipping & Returns policy
